If you are a voice talent seeker, send us your script and directions.  We quickly and carefully scout experienced & talented voice artists from our talent pool and beyond, sending you only the most exceptional auditions, usually within the same day of your request. Voice auditions can be sent directly to your e-mail, sent to an FTP site, uploaded to our FTP site, or we can set up your very own private password-protected Audition Screening Room at VoiceCasting.com. Custom auditions using your script are always FREE and there is NEVER a subscription fee for auditioning our talent.

INFO FOR CLIENTS

If you are a client, agency involvement benefits you by allowing you to focus on getting the most qualified VO talent candidates for your projects within a reasonable period of time and for a fairly negotiated rate without wading through hours of unknown and unqualified talent. Requirements for inclusion as a VoiceCasting talent include experience, credits, studio quality, industry recommendation and professional demeanor. All of our talent are carefully screened by the VoiceCasting management team before acceptance into our agency.  All of our talent have their own state-of-the-art audio studios so auditions and jobs can be turned around quickly. We personally listen to each audition before forwarding it on to you, to insure that not only is the talent right for your job, but that the sound and studio quality of the audition is at its best.  You then have the choice of listening to all auditions submitted, or we will send you just the best ones personally screened by a VoiceCasting agent.  Our system is set up so you can select, rate by number, and save talent to your favorites, hide/unhide and delete/undelete auditions, and leave personal comments for talent if you choose.  You can also send your personal choices via link to your clients at any time during the audition process.   We at VoiceCasting are always available to help you as a client set up your projects on-site or instruct you how to set up the audition yourself, audition and choose talent or collaborate with you in choosing talent, negotiate rates, book studios if needed, collect talent payments, pay talent, and keep talent tax documents in order. BILLING INFO

At VoiceCasting, we use signed deal memos for clients and talent before the project is done in order to be sure that all involved are in agreement about the project and its usage and fees to be paid.  Payment can be made upon invoicing from VoiceCasting through PayPal or by check, credit card, or bank transfer.  All VoiceCasting talent are independent contractors and we issue 1099’s for tax purposes.  There is no need to worry about any of that if you are a VoiceCasting client.  We invoice you for all talent that you use at the end of a job and we handle all talent checks and tax paperwork for you.  All you do is cut one check for the agreed upon amount on your invoice and we do the rest.
